Why a Working Against Gravity
Certification?

Hey guys!! Listen, I didn't become a nutrition coach because I knew the right things to do... in fact, It was the confusion of ALL the right things and living in a constant state of restricting that opened my eyes!! 

Becoming WAG certified has really changed my ideas about dieting vs lifestyle and I can't wait to share it with you!  I promise what you take from this program will redirect the way you eat and help you achieve some amazing milestones!

It really comes down to pairing solid habits with accountability.  Having a coach to walk through each week was life changing for me, as I transformed habits that were holding me back into healthy habits that lead to balanced meals, tons of energy and a revived relationship with food! 

As a member of Team WAG, I have access to  limitless resources and real coach support!  I know that I have lots to share and you will finish this program with a new understanding of how to "fuel" your metabolism!

How does it work?

I have been trained and certified to teach you meal prepping, measuring/ weighing, macro tracking and more.  There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition and I understand that every physical body is different.  Each client will have different goals and a different path to achieve them.  During your weekly check-in, I listen, adjust and help you learn how to find flexibility and balance.  Since no two bodies are the same, every part of  your plan is customized to you!

Fill Out the Questionnaire

Answer a few questions so I can get to know you and your goals!

Setting Initial goals

Within a few days, I will reach out to tell you how many grams of protein, fats, carbs and fiber you need to consume. And, if tracking is new to you, don’t stress! I will work with you to determine where to start with your nutrition journey.

Keep Track

Chart your progress using  MacrosFirst  (free!). I also share a download link to my software (Apotheo) to sync your MacrosFirst data and log your weight, macronutrients, measurements, milestones, photos and more.  

Support, accountability and communication

This is really where the magic of my program shines!  Every week you will submit a check-in through the Apotheo App that will reflect how the week went for you.  What was successful and what felt like a struggle.   I will go over your response, macro data, and progress pictures.  All check-ins and private messages will be answered within 24 hours - this is how we work as a team to get the results you desire!

First of all, I am a mom to 3 amazing children who, along with my high school sweetheart, keep me busy and my heart full! We opened a personal training gym, COR620, in Colville Washington in 2012 and I love the impact I get to make in the lives of our members. A passion for helping my clients reach their goals, along with my own challenges of overcoming an auto-immune disorder and losing weight - has led me to become certified as a health coach through Working Against Gravity! I love this program and truly enjoy what I do!
